SPECIAL COMMUNIQUE - COVID-19 SITUATION
POSTPONEMENT OF TRIP

The health of our employees and customers is the priority of the CASSIS TOURIST OFFICE.
In order to respect the containment system set up by the French government, all our offices are closed to the public.

This is why our team is doing its utmost to support you and is redoubling its efforts to continue to assist and accompany you in the weeks and months to come in #CASSIS destination.

Dear Customers, Dear Partners,

Our daily goal is to bring you a smile and happiness when you come to our destination.
Being able to go on holiday in a group, discovering new places and enriching yourself through contact with others is what drives us throughout the year to allow you to live a unique customer experience. That's why, despite these complicated times, we keep moving forward.

In an international context that is becoming more complex by the hour, the Cassis Tourist Office, like the entire profession, adopts the provisions recommended by the government, for all its customers who have purchased a package tour.

Following the new measures taken by the French Government on 16 March 2020, on 25 March 2020  and then on 14 April 2020, and in view of the case of force majeure, the Cassis Tourist Office has decided to postpone all its scheduled groups until 11 May 2020 inclusive at least, to a later date, with the issue of a credit note equivalent to the sums paid.

These credits are nominative and non-transferable, for an effective trip within 18 months, at the current rate of the new travel dates that will be selected.
All our customers affected by these postponements will be informed, officially and as soon as possible, of the new arrangements put in place.
Of course, in view of the new and unprecedented situation, the measures set out above may be modified at any time, with immediate effect, depending on how the situation evolves, in the interest of all.

The Ordinance on the financial conditions for terminating certain tourist travel and holiday contracts in the event of exceptional and unavoidable circumstances or force majeure "NOR: ECOC2008134R/Blue-1" adopted at the end of the Council of Ministers of 25/03/2020, modifies the obligations of professionals to enable them to offer their customers, for a strictly determined and limited period of time, a refund in the form of a proposal for an identical or equivalent service, or by means of a credit note valid over a long period of  EIGHTEEN MONTHS.
