Quality commitments of the Cassis Tourist Office

The Cassis Tourist Office is committed to a quality approach and has been awarded the Marque Qualité Tourisme (Quality Tourism Mark), which confirms its commitment to all those it deals with: visitors, partners, socio-professionals and the local authority.

At every stage of your stay, your comments, suggestions and opinions are taken into account and every year we implement improvements to our services, both at the Tourist Office and in the commune.

Offering a high-quality reception service:

  • Welcoming visitors in a well-kept environment thanks to our multilingual staff
  • Ensure efficient information management
  • Improve knowledge of the tourist offer
  • Record and analyse malfunctions
  • Develop our services: free Wi-Fi, shop, mobile reception, etc.

Build a consolidated network of partners:

The Cassis Tourist Office belongs to the Offices de Tourisme de France network.
It is committed to :

  • Provide you with an easily accessible reception and information area.
  • Make it easy for you to get around.
  • Provide you with furniture to sit on.
  • Provide free information on the local tourist offer.
  • Display and publicise its opening times in at least two foreign languages.
  • Provide free Wi-Fi access.
  • Be open at least 305 days a year, including Saturdays and Sundays during the tourist or entertainment season.
  • Answer your letters all year round.
  • Provide a permanent reception service staffed by people who speak at least two foreign languages.
  • To provide tourist maps, plans and tourist guides on paper.
  • Give you access to its dedicated trilingual website, adapted for consultation via on-board media.
  • Distribute its tourist information, also on paper, translated into at least two foreign languages, relating to :
  1. all classified tourist accommodation, including at least the name of the establishment, postal address, e-mail address, website address, telephone number and classification level.
  2. cultural, natural or leisure monuments and tourist sites, which may include an indication of the prices charged, the periods and times when they are open to the public, the website address and telephone and postal contact details.
  3. events and activities.

  • Present the full range of qualified services available in the area for all types of clientele.
  • Give you access to classified accommodation availability.
  • Handle your complaints and measure your satisfaction.
  • Offer a tourist information service incorporating new information and communication technologies (social networks, mobile telephony, geolocation, etc.).
  • Comply with the requirements of the Quality Tourism label.
  • Provide you with a holiday advisor.
  • Guarantee the reliability and timeliness of information on the local tourist offer.
