The beaches of Cassis Sun, pebbles and a gentle way of life at Cap Canaille

A charming place between sea and village

In Cassis, the beaches slip between the cliffs and creeks. Pebbles, sand, rocks or umbrella pines: a little piece of paradise for everyone. Easy to get to, bathed in brilliant light, they’re an invitation to relax all year round.

Blue Flag beaches, breathtaking views of Cap Canaille.

"In Cassis, every beach has its own story... And they all make you want to do nothing. "

Did you know?

The Grande Mer beach, right in the heart of the village, is one of the few beaches in the region to be directly accessible on foot from a fishing port. Ideal for families, it is supervised in summer and offers all amenities (restaurants, showers, ice creams, etc.).

Also to be experienced...

  • Aperitifs or brunches with your feet in the sand (Le Comptoir de la Plage, Le Grand Large, Le Corton Beach, Same Same Beach, Le Bestouan, …)
  • Impromptu pétanque matches by the sea
  • Musical evenings on the beaches in season
