Description
From August 6 to 16, 2026, the exhibition “Between Land and Sea” by Hugues Bertin will be on display in the unique setting of the Salles Voûtées, located on Place Baragnon, in the heart of the village of Cassis.
As a photographer and visual artist, Hugues Bertin explores the relationship between image and matter. He collects hammered glass from abandoned greenhouses in the Var region and incorporates it into his photographs. This dialogue between raw textures and light transforms forgotten fragments of heritage into vibrant visual artworks, offering a new perspective on fragility and the memory of time.
