We generally cater for groups of around 20 pax, but we can create tailor-made packages for smaller groups of 8 people or more.
There is no maximum number of people.

The tourist office’s incoming department can organise your entire programme (accommodation, catering, activities, transfers, gifts, etc.).
The Cassis tourist office is authorised by Atout France to market its services.

We adapt programmes with alternatives (e.g. cultural visits or indoor activities, subject to availability).
In the event of bad weather or the closure of mountain ranges leading to cancellation of the service, our General Terms and Conditions will apply and a refund will be made to the customer.

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, cash (notes of up to €100), cheques and ANCV cheques.

Our tours and programmes can be customised to suit your audience.
Please let us know in advance so that we can adapt the content and procedures (pace, accessibility, etc.).

We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 5.30pm (excluding public holidays).
We are also available in an emergency for all groups who have made a reservation with our group reception service.

Yes, the Provençal market in Cassis takes place every Wednesday and Friday morning all year round and is a great way to spend a stroll!

Yes, public toilets are available at the port and in the town centre, and there are plenty of them in the coach park.

The Route des Crêtes linking Cassis and La Ciotat is closed to motor vehicle traffic every Sunday.
It may also be closed on windy days.
